Free coding classes 

Millennium Community solutions in partnership with Lambeth are running classes in centres across the borough.

Coding and STEM education programs designed to inspire and empower young minds!

Coding SE27 - Tuesdays

Our next club will start on Tuesday 28th May 2024 and will run for 10 weeks, End date: 13th August.

​

Led by trained DBS checked professionals the programme allows young adults and adults to learn coding skills & computing literacy, in a creative & safe environment

This course is aimed at students who have some coding experience 14+ years old.

​

Address: Rathbone Youth Centre, 14-16 Knights Hill, West Nowrood, SE27 0HY

When: Tuesdays, 5pm - 7pm 

Start Date: Wednesday 6th March - Wednesday 5th June 2024

(during term-time, There will be no classes between 27th March - 10th April).

​

This course will teach you how to read, write and test Scratch code, improve your typing skills and includes some coding games.

Hands-on opportunities for lots of practice.​

Coding SW1 - Wednesdays

Our next club will start on Wednesday 6th March 2024 and will run for 10 weeks, End date: 5th June.

This course is aimed at students who have some coding experience aged 8-14 years old (Year 3 - Year 9).

Start Date: Wednesday 6th March - Wednesday 5th June 2024

This course is aimed at students who have some coding experience aged 6-12 years old (Year 1 - Year 7).

Start Date: Thursday 22nd February - Thursday 23rd May 2024

(during term-time, There will be no classes between 28th March - 18th April).

This course will teach you how to read, write and test Scratch code, improve your typing skills and includes some coding games.

This course is aimed at students aged 5-11 years old.

Womens Coding Club - Fridays

Our new Womens Coding Club will start on Friday 24th May 2024 and will run for 10 weeks. End date (26th June).

​

Open to all skill levels, our course offers a comprehensive introduction to programming through learning Python and more.

Start Date: Friday 24th May - Friday 26th June 2024

Welcoming all skill levels, our program offers an opportunity to either begin or enhance your tech and programming skills with a focus on Python and beyond.

Coding SE11 - Saturdays

Join us for our coding workshop on a Saturday.

End Date: 18th May

There will be games, activities and lots of coding happening

Ages 8 - 14 years old.

When: Saturdays, 11am - 1pm 

Dates: Saturday 24th February - Saturday 23rd March. Sessions run during term time.
